Terms of use:

Please be advised that our handmade cushions are purely for decoration and should never be left alone in a baby’s cot or place of rest whilst baby is sleeping, as per SIDS guidelines.

They are handcrafted products, and colours, dimensions, label placement and stitching may vary slightly.


Payment:

Payment is made through Shopify payments at time of order. We also accept Paypal and bank transfer. We have recently added Afterpay back to our store after realising more customers use this than anticipated.


Postage:

Please refer to our most recent shipping terms here.

We have had to constantly review and update our shipping terms since the start of the Covid pandemic. Our business is also always evolving to include new products and brands, and so shipping times and processes may vary, dependent on the individual product. Individual product shipping details will be on the specific product pages.


If urgent postage is required please select the express shipping option at checkout. If you require your order sooner than the above stated timeframes, please get in touch BEFORE you place your order and we can advise of current timeframes.

Most parcels are sent out using Australia Post, however on occasion we will post with Sendle for bigger or heavier parcels if the difference in postage cost is significant. We endeavour to send out tracking details after your order has shipped and encourage you to check the tracking to determine the timeframe in which your parcel will arrive. In the event your parcel becomes delayed or lost, please get in touch with us and we will try and rectify this. We cannot accept any responsibility for stolen parcels and would advise you to report this as a crime.


Returns:

Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days with postage at the buyers cost (tracked postal service recommended). We will only offer a refund provided the goods are returned to us in a sellable condition.

On the rare occasion that faulty or damaged goods are received then a replacement/refund will be offered once the original is returned and inspected.

Please contact littlebambinobear@icloud.com for a return authorisation prior to returning any goods.

Only regular priced items are eligible for change of mind returns, Sale items are non refundable unless faulty.

For change of mind returns or order cancellations, please be advised that this will incur a 10% processing and restocking fee. 


Fabric care of handmade cushions:

Surface wash with warm water and mild detergent only. We don't recommend getting the cushions or garlands completely wet as the filling may bunch together.
